How much exercise do you need everyday?

Also am I doing to much exercise every week:
Monday: run 4-5 miles, pushups, crunches, chinups
Tuesday: 45 minute karate
Wednesday:run 4-5 miles, pushups, crunches, chinups
Thursday: 45 minute karate
Friday:run 4-5 miles evening
Saturday: early morning karate for 2:30 hours, exercise include: running laps, sprints, push ups, and other endurance exercises
Sunday: run 4-5 miles evening

Is running on Friday evening, then going to hard karate training next morning too much?

Should I sacrifice 1 hour of sleep to exercise early morning?

ok so im a student, i usually get 8 hours of sleep, but i still can never focus in class, i feel tired no matter how much sleep i get.

so if instead i woke up an hour earlier everyday to run in the morning would this be worth it?
(so far ive been exercising AFTER school but i only feel the energy after exercising, but im at home so all that exercise boost is wasted)

should i eat before i exercise in the morning and what should i eat?

i am trying to lose weight most times i do not eat early in the morning,i get a bit dizzy when i exercise

Could anyone help me with an exercise routine?

Hi, I’m 13 and I’d like to work to get in shape. I’m not fat or anything, but I’m also not a rail. I already eat healthy, it’s just the exercising I need help with. If anyone would like to help me, please keep in mind that I’m 13…So I have school from 8 am to 3 pm…Not to mention, studying and homework, projects, etc. I’ve heard that’s it’s best to exercise early in the morning, I wake up every morning at 5:20. So, I should have plenty of time for a 40 minute exercise. Remember, I’m trying to strengthen myself, not get skinnier. Thanks!

how to have the energy to to get up and exercise early?

i really want to start getting up around 4:30 each morning but i just dont have the energy or will power to do so. what are some tips to be able to get up each morning. also if you have some tips for weight loss for someone who doesnt have much time to work out.

which home made shakes can boost my energy early in the morning.?

I’m not a morning person. For months now I’ve been trying to get up early in the morning. I get enough sleep, so thats definetly not a problem. I eat healthy. I do get exercise. Can anyone give me some tips on what can wake me up early in the morning. Besides the cold showers and usual sleep earlier answers. any tips will be helpful. thank you and god bless.

Should I eat or drink anything before early morning workout?

I want to wake up at 6 a.m. and work out. But I’m confused on whether to eat or drink anything before starting my exercise because they say you should always eat breakfast before starting your day, but if I eat, won’t I feel sick during exercise? What’s the correct thing to do?

I once read that exercising early in the morning is bad for your heart Anyone know if this is true or a myth?

Is it better to lose sleep and exercise(run/walk-morning) or skip the exercise all together?

The park I go to is open in the early morning but closes early at night. I work full-time and go to school part-time…so I usually go before work… Sometimes I don’t get finished with studying or class early enough so I get less than 8 hours of sleep and if i choose to go to the park in the morn, then its 7 hrs….
time&schedule is the biggest problem..also I don’t like doing that stuff with others close to me…

When is the best time of the day to exercise?

When is the best time to exercise? In the morning, at noon, in the evening, at night. I already know we should have at least 30 min. of exercise a day.

I don’t have much time for exercise in the morning before I go to school. I get out of school at 2:30 and right when I get home is probably the time for me to exercise. Otherwise, I would have to wake up early and exercise early in the morning.
