The most simple forms of trampoline exercise are dependent upon the size of your trampoline. A large outdoor trampoline is best enjoyed in the fresh air, with ten minutes of vigorous bouncing providing massive benefits to your mental and physical health. For indoors fun, why not get some great music going and twist, jump and dance on your rebounder ? Just like dancing, only bouncier!

OK our family is buying another trampoline…for ‘exercise‘ and we don’t know what kind to get. Right now, I think we have an 8 foot jump king, with three children on it mostly, one child at 200 lbs, one at 60, one at 80. It works fine, but rarely the oldest hits the ground, and we need a large trampoline mainly for tricks, and jump height. It needs to be elevated higher above ground than most, and must be able to handle the children’s weight. Net would be nice too. abd it needs to be something you can find in a store. no online shopping please.
I just got a trampoline and i wanted to exercise but not necessarily to loose weight. I just want to stay active for upcoming events like cheer leading and wanted to know if there were any exercises for cheer leading not like jumps but stretches and things. Any workouts or ideas would be helpful. Thanks for your help!
I have been looking at Mini Trampoline websites. It looks like good exercise and fun too! But I have sprained both ankles (not at the same time!) in the past and one is a bit weaker now. Would a trampoline make it worse or do the health benefits out way the risk of injury? Also, what would it do my my back? Any risk of injury there?
