what specific game or activity would you recomend on wii to lose weight the fastest?

just a girl who has a wii and is trying to shed a few pounds. not too much though. but i just want to know a way to lose weight using a wii. and by game or activity i mean spicificly.

What percentage of calories burned should be from exercise or physical activity in order to lose weight?

I use a program that calculates the total number of calories burned by doing what, and what percentage out of the total. So above, I mean if I’m burning a percentage of calories from my average lifestyle, and those from my metabolism, what percentage burned should be from working out in order to lose weight?

I’m not even sure if there is a specific percentage, but any information would be great!

What would be a good diet baseline for healthy weight gain and body weight exercises that would complement?

I’m am 16 and 5ft 10in. I weigh 115lbs and I would like to add 20lbs of healthy weight, and I don’t have access to weights, any good body weight exercises would be appreciated.

is there any way for a lazy guy like me ot lose weight and still have my activities somewhat unchanged?

im not fat but i could stand to lose some fat and im lazy…. its a visious cycle…

Do you ever get sick of Doctors always thinking exercise and eating healthy is the answer to everything?

I have recently had some health concerns that I went to the doctor for. I was frustrated before I even went because I just knew that instead of them really trying to figure out what was wrong with me they would just say exercise and eat healthy. Exercise and eat healthy! Yes those things are very very important but sometimes we really do have a problem that needs attention. Does anyone else feel this way?

Different forms of meditation and exercises for a healthy mind and body?

I already do yoga and am looking for other things I can do to strengthen both mind and body , I’m not really looking for the spiritual side of meditation or other similar things so much as the health/mental benefits of it

Tips for kicking off my 1st healthy diet/exercise program? Also, exercises to reduce bust size?

The only time I’ve ever been thin was when I was popping diet pills like candy, starving my body and working out like it was my job. I realized this was a problem, went through some mental hell and gained a lot of weight.
I’m 5′9 and I was 110lbs, now I’m 175lbs…I think 135lbs is reasonible and where I’d like to be. Do you guys agree that is healthy?
Is there anything I can do this week before my gym/nutritionist program starts to prepare besides starving myself to ’shrink my stomach’ like part of me wants to?

Also, I’m a 34 DD and would really like to get back to the C cup I was when I was thin. I know it’ll come with weight loss but are there any additional exercises (with or with out machines) that will target a reduction in this area?

What’s a fun activity my mom and I can do together that could help us lose weight?

I’m not fat, but I could definitely be skinnier. Dieting doesn’t seem to be working for me, so I thought I should find a physical activity that could help me lose weight. My mom wants to shed some pounds too, so we were looking for something we could do together.
