if you eat right and dont exercise its possible to lose weight. But you will not lose nearly as much weight as if you both eat right and exercise

5:50 pm my body temperature (oral) was 98.3
I ate a few chunks of raw coconut.
6:12 pm my body temperature is at 98.9.
