Everytime my aunt comes by, she always tells me that I need to get fatter because she thinks I look to skinny to her. But most obviously she is wrong!!! I train six to seven days a weeks for two hours at the gym lifting heavy a** free weights & can see my abs already!!! Here’s by body specs up to now:
Weight: 210
Waist Size 32
Body Fat %: 10.8 – 11.0%
Height: 6-1
Her herself is very obese, and seriously neglects her health. She doesnt even make an effort to go to the gym or workout daily on her own, which is why she complains of pain in her legs all the time. Knowing her, she likes to eat chinese food alot! and I mean alot!!! I love chinese food, but eating it for a couple of days every week will seriously impact your health! Its very fatty, very oilly, and unhealthy. One of her favorite places to go; "Panda Express". The food at that place is just absolutely garbage!!! Everytime my family goes out with her to eat out, she always gets upset on why I choose to go to Subway and not Panda Express or someother Chinese Restuarant.
What ur say on this ???

The park I go to is open in the early morning but closes early at night. I work full-time and go to school part-time…so I usually go before work… Sometimes I don’t get finished with studying or class early enough so I get less than 8 hours of sleep and if i choose to go to the park in the morn, then its 7 hrs….
time&schedule is the biggest problem..also I don’t like doing that stuff with others close to me…

I’ve recently heard that Low Fat and Fat Free subsitutes is worse than regular food. I always buy Fat Free or Low Fat everything from butter, salad dressing to baking mix. Recently I heard that the Low Fat & Fat Free foods have much more carbohydrates, sugars, and chemicals. Is this true? In order to have a healthy diet should I not eat any Low Fat or Fat Free foods but only buy the "real" thing such as full fat butter, etc? Please help. Thanks

I am currently going to columbus state community college to become a Personal Fitness trainer. I am looking for a major to get into. I am looking at Exercise Science Major or Sport Management Major or Physical & Recreation Instruction Major any advice in the rite direction wold be helpful

i would like to lose around 40 lbs. i am fast walking for about an hour in the mornings, first thing, & on the special k challenge diet. Is 1 hr long enough for best effects? Will early exercise raise my metabolism for the rest of the day?
