I am looking for some exercises and stretches to help my skating. I was a gymnast for nine years, so I am already quite flexible. However, I need to increase my strength in my legs for jumping, spinning, etc. I would also like exercise for other parts of my body, such as my arm and core. However, I don’t want exercises that require a lot of equipment. Stairs, a chair, etc., is all fine, but weights or what not are things that I don’t really have a lot of access to.

i usually don’t eat breaftest and sometimes not dinner. i know i need to eat more and drink more than i do. i usually only have 2 glasses of water a day.
any help or tips for soccer in general would be appricated too
