High Protein Vegetarian and Vegan Foods and Meals

www.ttfatloss.com Check out this video to discover high protein vegetarian and vegan foods. You’ll be surprised by how much protein is in a lot of “so called low protein foods”. I’m sure this video will cause bodybuilders and protein supplement addicts to freak out. Here we have another episode of Craig in the Kitchen. Today we are talking about Vegetarian protein sources, and what’s in my cupboards. We’ve done my fridge, so today we’ll look at some of the foods that are surprisingly high in protein. Most people make a big deal out of protein, and for fat loss it’s a tricky subject. We aren’t going to go into too much detail in regards to that, but for muscle building, protein is actually overrated. If you’re eating a lot of calories, then you’ll have no problem getting your protein, even if you’re like me and following a vegan diet. So what are the protein sources that I’m eating? First of all, we have Ezekiel cereal. A lot of people ask me questions about this stuff, exactly, where they can get it? We have it in health food stores and some grocery stores. The Ezekiel cereal has 8 grams of protein per half cup serving and you all know how easy it is to get 1 or even 2 cups of cereal in your bowl. So, from that alone you’ll be getting a lot of protein, especially if you mix it with something like Hemp Bliss, a beverage containing 5 grams of protein Almond Breeze on the other hand, only has 1 gram of protein/cup. Another thing I eat a lot of is oatmeal, specifically

Low-Calorie High-Protein After Workout Recipe/How-To

TOTAL MEAL 3 chicken strips 4 mushrooms 8 spears asparagus 2 Tbsp (about) olive oil Peppers, Pepper Seasoning to Taste Total Calories: 230 The more oil, the more calories. I didn’t eat most of the oil (that which didn’t cover the chicken and mushrooms was thrown away). It’s not the healthiest meal ever (fried) but the calories and carbs are really low, and I’ll be full all night! Always, I drink at least 16 oz of water as well. Sometimes I’ll follow this up with a salad but I was just too full this evening ;) Happy healthy eating! antishay.wordpress.com

Low carb diet and Cycling?

I am an avid cyclist and I’m 7 pounds away from my perfect ideal weight. My boss suggested this diet which doesn’t eliminate carbs..but drastically reduces them. This diet worked wonders for him and the three days I’ve been on it I can tell it’ll do the trick! For my morning 25 mile rides I’ve been eating a bowl of high protein/fiber no sugar added cereal. It is not on the diet of course but I feel I need it and once I get home I follow the diet. This Saturday will be my first long distance ride on this diet. I’m spending 4-5 hours riding and I know some bowl of ceral isn’t cutting it. I typically bring with me some gatorade (pure sugar goodness) and granola bars or some other quick eating carb/sugar source. Biking well comes before weight loss so if I gotta screw the diet then screw the diet. But I’d like to know if anyone out there has experience with low carb diets and bicycling. Any advice on what I should eat would be appreciated.
Oh yeah…that low carb crap lasted for about 7 hours. I don’t know what I was thinking! This weekend I’m eating up and riding hard! Thanks!

I lost muscle then put on fat I’m 35 How long will it take to get fit and toned at my age?

I used to be fit I danced and cycled, swam alot. I’m now alot weaker after living in India and now am struggling to get fit again. My job is sedentary but I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and walk 15 mins there and back. I do cardio for 30 mins and weights and abs for 20 mins and often do strength, toning classes. My core strength is still very weak. I have chocolate binges though my diet is generally pretty low fat, high protein. What else can I do and how long will it take to get fit.
