For anyone who wants to answer ?

Everytime my aunt comes by, she always tells me that I need to get fatter because she thinks I look to skinny to her. But most obviously she is wrong!!! I train six to seven days a weeks for two hours at the gym lifting heavy a** free weights & can see my abs already!!! Here’s by body specs up to now:

Weight: 210
Waist Size 32
Body Fat %: 10.8 – 11.0%
Height: 6-1

Her herself is very obese, and seriously neglects her health. She doesnt even make an effort to go to the gym or workout daily on her own, which is why she complains of pain in her legs all the time. Knowing her, she likes to eat chinese food alot! and I mean alot!!! I love chinese food, but eating it for a couple of days every week will seriously impact your health! Its very fatty, very oilly, and unhealthy. One of her favorite places to go; "Panda Express". The food at that place is just absolutely garbage!!! Everytime my family goes out with her to eat out, she always gets upset on why I choose to go to Subway and not Panda Express or someother Chinese Restuarant.

What ur say on this ???

Exercise and Stretching Tips for Ice Skaters?

I am looking for some exercises and stretches to help my skating. I was a gymnast for nine years, so I am already quite flexible. However, I need to increase my strength in my legs for jumping, spinning, etc. I would also like exercise for other parts of my body, such as my arm and core. However, I don’t want exercises that require a lot of equipment. Stairs, a chair, etc., is all fine, but weights or what not are things that I don’t really have a lot of access to.

okay so i am dieting right now and trying to exercise a lot because i really want to tone up..especially my legs and stomach..does anyone know some relaly good things to do?

on mwf i run for 30 minutes..but dont have access to a gym at the moment..so don’t really do anything on the other days which is bad i knoww..

so help pleasee?
i have been playing soccer since i was 4
im not playing in college though because it takes up way to much time. i still have soccer legs..but they are bulky.

So NOT Fair.. guys have it easy!!?

let me get this straight.. women have to:
shave their legs
trim/shave "down there"
do their eyebrows
wear makeup
style their hair
exercise to stay thin
keep their breasts firm and perky
keep a flat stomach
do kegels so we are "tight"
keep away cellulite
have a tan
wear perfume
shave our armpits
pluck any "unwanted" hair
have flawless skin
wear uncomfortable clothing
go through periods
be clean at all times
always look our "best"
And much more!

and guys can be:
overweight
have poor hygiene
don’t have to brush their hair
can wear the same shirt twice
dont have to shave anything (execpt Maybe their face)
dont have the wear makeup
eat what they want anytime they want
wear what they want and what is comfortable like jeans and a tshirt can be sloppy because it is "cute"
can have floppy d***s and hanging balls
have man boobs
have acne
they dont Have to wear cologne (most dont even wear deodorant)
and dont have to do Anything ever!

this f***ing pisses me off and im tired of having to live by society’s standards! i know the guys will say something smartass, but seriously.. this is rediculous! Any girls out there that dont care and do what they want? Do you still have a boyfriend and people tell you you are hott??
thats my point: guys can do all of it too.. if they CHOOSE to, but they dont HAVE to. and you tell me i dont HAVE to do all of it.. but guess what, if i dont shave my legs, for example, for 10 months, then wear a bikini in public, i Know someone will make a rude comment. guys dont have to hear crap no matter what decision they make.
just think of it this way, a guy can wake up for school, not shower, throw on a shirt and jeans, and leave.

a girl has to wake up, shower, shave her legs, do her hair and nails and makeup, pick out an outfit (that matches), and put on perfume, before she can even consider stepping out of the door.

How long should I exercise on a stationary bicycle?

I have a stationary bicycle in my home, and since I have a busy schedule this month and quite possibly the next, it is going to be the only piece of exercising equipment I’ll be able to use. How long should I exercise every day to at least tone my legs?

Is it healthy to exercise early in the mornings?

1. I heard that exercising in the mornings hurts your kidneys and it is not that healthy.
2. Is it recommendable to eat something before exercising?

(what I do is…I run for 30 minutes and I do 30 minutes of legs, abs and arms)

water exercises?

Is it good to do exercise in the water? For ex: I go running in the pool and make several laps around it running until my legs get so tired that I can not run any longer. Is this just as good as running on land or am I not getting the same effect?

Can you get a suntan or sunburn under water?

I do alot of walking in my pool for exercise, and my legs are under water most of the time I’m in there, and I’m wondering if they still can get sun while they are under water?
