well im hoping to lost about 20kgs, and im really interested in the 5 factor diet. i was hoping if anyone had any experiences with the diet, how it worked for them and also can i do the diet properly without buying the book. i dont have a particular time i want to lose the weight by, i want it to be gradual, but i would really like some imput :-]

also, weight watchers, my auntie went on it and she lost a lot of weight and it wasnt at once, but then she put the weight back on eventually, is that always the case or… lol.. tips on keeping the weight off?

Does having an increased metabolism increase weight loss, when not eating food?

Does having an increased metabolism increase weight-loss or just, how many calories you take from food. Tonight I’m done eating, I’ve had my day’s calories, and I’m going to drink a lot of caffeine tonight so my metabolism will speed up. I want to know will I lose more weight simply because my metabolism is faster, even though I’m not eating anything?

WHY do certain people on here INSIST that low intensity exercise is better for fat loss?

Dr. Angelo Tremblay’s study showed high intensity is great. The "9 times more fat loss thing " is exaggerated and did NOT happen, but HIIT is still good.

I guarantee you lift weight hard for 45 minutes you WILL burn A LOT of calories and lose weight.

So WHY do CERTAIN people on here claim this?
