FAT BURNING WORKOUT

CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Today we are going to go over high intensity interval training. You have more than likely heard of HIIT because it’s being used in a lot of workout programs these days for fat loss. This is because the smarter trainers know that you get results faster without the need for slow, boring cardio. HIIT involves any type of sprint exercise that lasts for anywhere between 0 and 90 seconds. Anything longer than two minutes can get into what is known as aerobic training. Usually, however, intervals are in the 15-30 or even 45 second range. This means you go hard for this period of time and follow that with a rest period that is very easy. Keep in mind, one of the biggest mistakes people make when doing their interval training is they don’t drop the intensity down low enough during the recovery period. For example, if you are running at 10mph during the hard phase of your interval and then only drop it down to 8mph during the “easy” portion, then you are really just doing cardio, and not HIIT. So, start out with a 5 minute warm-up and then jump into the HIIT, doing a pace you can maintain for 30-45 seconds. After, bring it down to a very easy recovery pace. Now, it doesn’t matter if you are running at 10 or 12 mph – always bring the intensity down to a 3.5 intensity level to allow your body to properly recover. Repeat this six times, followed by a 5 minute cool down and that’s it. So there is an interval training workout

How can I become a personal trainer/fitness trainer? What should I major in? Do they make good money?

I’ve been getting into fitness a lot lately such as weight lifting/body building. I just started college not to long ago and decided that I want a career as a personal trainer/fitness trainer. How is the best way about doing this? What is the best to major in? Also do they make good money like 50k or above. I know this is what I want to do but at the same time I want to earn a comfortable living. I plan to eventually open my own gym in the future after I graduate.

I have a personal fitness trainer who i would really like to get to know better, but he's 20 years old than I.

I have a wonderful personal trainer who I meet with 2 times per week. He is a really good trainer, really knows what he’s talking about, but most of all he is a really nice easy going guy. I’m not gay or anything like that, but i truly would like to get to know him a lot better, but he is 20 years older than I am. I plan on keeping him as my trainer for as long as I possibly can. I would like to get to know him better. Do you think around Christmas I should get him a card or a gift certificate or sometihng? Do you think there is chance for us to ever get to know one another. I would like to have him as my trainer and confidant or friend. I am slightly shy, but I am learning how to control that. Please give me advice, thanks.

How do I increase my metabolism?

I’ve always eaten a lot of food, and I mean, A LOT. But recently I’ve been gaining weight during puberty, like 1 pound per week, without a comparable increase in height. I have no idea why. I haven’t changed my lifestyle or amount of exercise much at all. Is this normal?? How do I increase metabolism levels WITHOUT exercise (yeah, I know it’s the best way, but I’m lazy) Is there a natural way to increase thyroxine or something???
I’M REALLY NOT THAT FAT (5′5, 125). SO I WOULDN’T SEE ANY RESULTS WITH WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS.

Gymnastics…Friction Burn from trampoline…products to prevent it.?

I am doing a lot of trampoline exercises. I now have friction burn on the tops of my feet and just above my elbow. Is there a product to prevent against it. I fear that band aids will just rub off and I do not want to hinder my progress or be in skin pain (or contract staph mat bacteria)
While working on my landings, I would like protection against friction burn.

How can I stop getting static shocks on my trampoline?

Can anyone help me out? I go on my trampoline and do quite a lot of exercise on it, but when I go to get off I get a static shock from my finger when I touch the springs, and I can see a electric line pass from my finger to the spring. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening? Thanks

As we get older, can we maintain good health atleast 75% w/exercise and vitamins?

I’ve noticed the older I get, whenever I get sick it seems like I feel "sicker" than I did like when I was a teenage dealing w/flu or virus. [well, ..... I am not sure, remember having bad viruses back then from time2time as well. as my stomach was weaker back then, so maybe I HAVE improved]
But anyways, concerned about my teeth. I am getting a lot older now ‘in some ppl’s eyes I guess] I’m going to be 43.
I’m concerned about my health esp. 20 yrs. from now and want to get the ball rolling on optimum health!!
Usually I walk 3-4 miles 3-4X per week during warmer months.
And started taking vitamins again regularly.

What else can one do to maintain overall GREAT health?
And how IN THE WORLD do those 90-100 yr. olds out there deal w/flus??? If you feel so rotten a lot younger when dealing w/a virus [I have one now :o ( ] just wondering how those poor lil’ older ppl hold up going thru that!?
back to original question :o )
