CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com The best way to burn belly fat is with interval training and resistance training, not with long, slow cardio training. We are too busy these days to waste our time with cardio training. Instead, what is better is a total body bodyweight circuit to start each workout that takes 3-5 minutes. So for example, a squatting exercise, a push up and an abdominal exercise. Once you have completed the warm up, you can now move into strength training using non-competing supersets. In non-competing supersets, you’ll combine a pushing movement with a pulling movement where one muscle group works while the other rests. Following your strength training workout, finish off with a workout that is research proven to be more effective at burning belly fat than cardio training, interval training. If you want to get the most out of your workouts, then combine resistance training with interval training. That is how you will burn fat.Visit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. Honestly what does lifting weights have to do with your abs i understand that it tones your arms and chest and shoulders but how come trainers say that you have to do some strength training with weights in order to get a tone lean body throughout your whole body? What does weights have to do with the rest of your body that isnt your abs? EXAMPLE THE CHALLEANE EXTREME SHE SAYS YOU NEED TO USE STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RESULTS EVERYWHERE INCLUDING YOUR ABS HOW DO WEIGHTS HELP YOUR ABS IF ITS FOR YOUR ARMS?
My 2010 resolution was to get more definition in my abs. So I’ve been doing planks, jackknives, situps, etc. However, now were 3 weeks in, and I’ve woken up and realized one thing: the only thing motivating me to do this is to look good. It might seem vain, but everytime I scan a pornstar, I think to myself, "I want to look like that".
Apart from that, what is the motivation? Because frankly, strength training really sucks and I’m thinking about stopping. I have noticed some difference since January 1st, but apart from looking attractive, what is the reason that anyone should do this?
My gym teacher told me that if you do any strength training, you have to exercise the opposite muscle. Here’s what I usually exercise:
-abdominal
-whatever push-ups exercise
-calves
-quadriceps
If I must have equipment, it has to be a minimal amount. I can’t get to the gym because I’m not as old as you might think (less than 19), I can’t drive, and I have a small stature.
Recently, i started getting into arm muscle exercises like push-ups and resistance and strength training, but am not aware of exercises that will burn off the surrounding arm fat to reveal my arm muscle
