What activities can help me lose weight in my tummy and my thighs?
I'm 12 and im about 94 lbs, I wanna lose about 6 pounds and lose the flab in my thighs is there any activity that will help me with losing the weight I want? P.S. I already cut out every piece of junk, white bread, I don't eat chocolate or any type of fat. I eat alll healthy. I just need excersise.
